Delivery & Return

The return of a product is according to the Terms and Conditions listed below and are aligned with the requirments O.U.G. 34/2014 regarding consumers rights within agreements signed with profesionals, as well for changing and filling legal acts. The sterling silver products that are custom made yellow or pink gold can’t be returned. Also the products that show signs of being worn or that are showing signs of damage can’t be returned.

The products that were ordered online, can be returned, without any reason in 14 days from receiving them; before this time the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without justify his decision, and without any other costs except the ones listed in art.13 line(3) and art.14 from O.U.G No.34/2014, in 14 days starting from the day that he receives the product.

Regarding legal entities (they have the role of the consumer) we reserve our right to accept or deny the return of the goods.

The return expenses are being handled by the Customer. We recommend to keep the original packaging for safe keeping.

The product that was returned has to be in the same state as it was delivered.

The Consumer is responsible regarding the loss of value of the products that came from poor handling, different from what’s necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or their functionality according to art.14 line 3 from O.U.G 34/2014.

The seller will give back the counter value of the product in maximum 14 days from the day the Consumer notify its decision of withdrawn from the contract and acceptance of the return. Stasera can postpone the refund of the products counter value until receiving the product or a proof that the product was shipped. In case Stasera didn’t offered itself to recover the goods (the closest date will be taken). The amount of money associated with the returned goods will be given after the products were checked and agreeing on the terms of refunding according legal procedures.

To Keep in mind!

In case the returned products are damaged or are incomplete, show signs of scratches, hits, electric shocks, missing parts, missing guaranty certificates, we reserve our right to refuse the return.

Also, we reserve our right to refuse the return in case of abusive returns.

The amount of money corresponding the return will be sent in a bank account.

Changing the billing data from a legal entity to an individual can be made in maximum 48h from receiving the products. The time limit of solutioning can be up to 30 days. Only the bills that have a receipt released by a delivery company or a legal entity can be changed. The bills released at the headquarters can’t be changed.
